   If you are looking for a Power Kite with the light wind performance of a Flysurfer at less than half the price the CHARGER is not going to satisfy you.
   Although way overpriced the Flysurfers seem to be unmatched for light wind power.
   Comparing only light wind power I'd say the CHARGER is in between an LEI and the Flysurfer.
   The choice is do you want to pay another thousand bucks or more for a couple mph low end performance.
